This is a huge problem where I work. People are able to get approval for protected leave under FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) for migraine headaches. I know for a fact that very few of them have actual migraines. Real migraines are usually very severe and don\\\'t allow to hold a normal phone conversation. These people just don\\\'t want to work, and we have to pay for it.
