I applaud you.So many people have kids b/c they think it's the thing to do,or because thier parents want grandkids,or God forbid by mistake.I do have children ,by choice, and I have taught my children(teenagers)that when they grow up to think long and hard about having children, and to do it ONLY if they are really prepared and really want to.It is a very personal choice. We have friends who have decided not to have kid's and although it is against society's "norm",they are very happy, and do not have children that sre suffering because they just kinda wanted them. I admire and respect them.
