A constant source of amazement to me is the theory that because something is small, it doesn't qualify as litter. I was astounded to see the common area in front of my friends' condo littered with cigarette butts.

Then, there is the beach. Oh great, now the rest of us get to handle something that has been in someone's mouth to get trash off the beach.

I am so sorry that you didn't win anything with that lottery ticket, and I'm sure it felt good to tear it up and throw it to the wind, but now there are a hundred bits of lottery ticket in front of my house. I'd love for you to come get them.
