You NEVER listen. You think you listen, but you don't. I don't mean "listen" like "you don't care what I feel", I mean you literally do not listen, you just know there is sound. You react to hearing someone say something, without paying any attention whatsoever to what they're saying. You're studying to be a therapist, but you can't listen. Good luck with that.
